Reports to: Sales Manager
• Meet set targets for revenue and margin.
• Develop and manage relationships with key accounts.
• Gain a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
• Develop and carry out business sales plan for increasing revenue and margin at targeted customers.
• Cold calling to potential key accounts to prospect for new business.
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers
• Margin growth
• Growth in net new customers
Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be a well-presented sales ‘hunter’ with strong leadership skills. You will be a team player, who is also able to work independently. You’ll be a proactive self-starter with good attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You Will Have
• 2 years+ experience in an IT business-to-business sales environment (ideally with a reseller selling to end users)
• A solid sales background, with demonstrable success in meeting targets
• The ability to build relationships at senior management level
