CAT5 PS/2 KVM Extender (150 Meters max.)

The CE250A is a dual access CAT5 KVM extender which supports PS/2 Keyboard/mouse and PC Monitor up to 150 meters. The CE250A consists of two units, a Local Unit and a Remote unit. The Local unit connects to your computer/server or to a KVM switch. Your remote user’s keyboard, monitor and mouse connect directly in to the remote unit. CAT5 cable is used to connect between the local and remote unit

A key feature of the CE250A is built-in 8KV ESD protection and 2KV surge protection. It also features a custom ASIC that ensures the utmost in reliability and compatibility. It senses the distance to the computer and automatically adjusts the gain to compensate.
