Your service is first class, which can be broken down as follows: Pre Sales - very helpful and clear explanations are given with any solutions we discuss which are normally followed up with technical drawings if the solution is difficult to picture. Sales - competitive, reliable, and perhaps most importantly always realistic and honest with delivery dates. We have never been let down. After Sales - unlike a lot of suppliers, you don't run away! We have had several items returned and replaced or refunded months after buying them. We have also had two onsite visits to assist us with troubleshooting issues at no cost to us. I cannot see any reason not to work with Keyzone - the overall experience is extremely helpful, friendly and hassle free which is just what any customer should be looking for in addition to the obvious competitive pricing. We have now installed two ClassNet and KVM solutions from Keyzone. In both cases, the service we received was excellent. Due to a hardware hiccup on our side, we ordered the wrong equipment for the first ClassNet installation. Keyzone went beyond the call of duty to provide an alternative solution for us within a day, at no extra cost. They did not even charge for the extra manpower they provided. When we were first introduced to the company, Keyzone told us that they work in partnership with their customers and would do "whatever it takes" to ensure a successful implementation. They have certainly lived up to this promise! In terms of the actual solutions offered, namely ClassNet and remote KVM, they do exactly want we wanted them to, and have resulted in two very slick and professional classroom environments at our training centre. I have no reservations in recommending them.

On the one occasion a part had been damaged in transit and a replacement part was sent to us very quickly with follow up calls from Keyzone.
