Keyzone 9U 600mm(W) x 1000mm(D) Low Cost Soundproof rack

The Keyzone WLC9U-610 is a 9U - 525mm high low cost soundproof server rack, 600mm wide x 1000mm deep. This server rack has an internal usable depth of 890mm.

It is a noise reduction server enclosure designed to combat noise pollution and is acoustically engineered to reduce noise.

This is achieved by lining the entire rack with high-quality acoustic foam and incorporating a roof section with 6 low noise fans. The fans are much quieter then standard fans; these are designed to be quiet and thermally efficient.

The most effective noise reduction rack would be airtight to prevent any noise escaping. Unfortunately the contents of racks require ventilation thereby reducing the effectiveness of any soundproofing.

We have therefore designed the racks to offer the optimum balance between noise reduction and necessary ventilation within a low cost. It will reduce the level of sound so that it is acceptably quiet for most applications.
