Storage Location

The London storage site is an anonymous building with 24 hour on-site security.

It is deliberately located outside the City/Docklands area, away from potential terrorist targets and exclusion zones.

Environment

·         A stable air conditioned environment with humidity control.

·         Ecology friendly FM200 fire suppression system, live at all times.

·         Constant environmental monitoring.

·         Direct link to Emergency Services.

Transport

·         Transportation is by in-house, unmarked, LPG Transit vans.

·         All vans are fitted with alarms, immobilisers and locking systems for additional security.

·         All deliveries and collections are made by employees carrying a delivery note. Data and delivery note are only released to an authorised signatory.

·         Items for collection are scanned by the driver, accepted and removed off-site.

Schedule

Scheduled collections and deliveries are determined by the customer, agreed upon and implemented. In the event of a customer emergency we can usually offer a 1 hour Emergency Response Service to clients in Central London. Outside of Central London the Emergency Response Service is on ‘As Quickly As Possible Commensurate With Safety’.
